Six days after Calgary she played TD Coliseum in Hamilton, Ontario, on 16 July, then Ottawa Bluesfest the following night.

Ottawa was the bigger moment. She headlined the RBC Stage at LeBreton Flats Park on a bill including Sheryl Crow, Death From Above 1979 and Valerie June. The night ran to a festival clock rather than an arena one. Doors opened at 4:30 PM, she took the RBC Stage at 9:15 PM, and the set wrapped at 10:30 PM. For anyone reading old listings now, that late stage time is normal for a Bluesfest headliner rather than a delay.

Why Ella Langley Has Not Played Toronto

Toronto is the most searched Ella Langley Canadian city and the one she has never played. That combination is unusual and worth explaining.

The likeliest reason is routing rather than reluctance. Hamilton sits under an hour from Toronto, and promoters generally avoid booking two shows that close together in the same market window because the second cannibalises the first. The Year Behind the Canadian Crowds

The Canadian week landed at the exact peak of a historic run. "Choosin' Texas", the SAWGOD/Columbia Records single, logged its 16th week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 on the 3 August 2026 chart. Langley is the first solo woman to lead the Hot 100, the Hot Country Songs tally and the Country Airplay chart at once.

Dandelion, her second album, arrived on 10 April 2026, co-executive produced with Miranda Lambert and Ben West. Her debut, Hungover, came out on 2 August 2024. Two albums in, she was filling a 40,000-person festival field in Ottawa.
